Refund & Return Policy

At mrsewing, your satisfaction is our priority. We aim to provide you with the best quality western wear, but if for any reason you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help. Please review our Refund & Return Policy below.


1. Eligibility for Return

  • We accept returns only if:

    • The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

    • You have received a wrong size or wrong product.

  • The item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags, packaging, and invoice intact.

  • Returns must be initiated within 7 days of receiving the product.


2. How to Request a Return

  • Mention your order ID, reason for return, and attach photos (if damaged or incorrect product received).

  • Our team will review and approve your request, after which a pickup will be arranged.


3. Non-Returnable Items

  • Items purchased during Sale or Clearance are not eligible for return or refund.

  • Accessories, innerwear, and gift cards are non-returnable.

  • Customized or altered products are not eligible for return.


4. Refund Process

  • Once the returned product passes quality checks, we will process your refund.

  • Refunds will be made to the original payment method (credit/debit card, UPI, net banking) within 7–10 business days after the return is approved.

  • For COD orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer after bank details are provided.


5. Exchange Policy

  • We do not offer direct exchanges.

  • You can return the product (if eligible), and once the refund is processed, place a new order for the desired product.


6. Return Shipping

  • Return pickup will be arranged by us at no additional cost if the product received was incorrect or damaged.

  • If you are returning the product for any other reason (such as size issues), you may be asked to ship it back to us.


7. Damaged or Missing Items

  • In case you receive a damaged product or your order is incomplete, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs and details.

  • We will investigate the issue and process a return or replacement accordingly.


8. Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be canceled only before they are shipped.
