1. Order Processing Time

• All orders are processed within 24 to 48 business hours after payment confirmation.

• Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

2. Shipping Time & Delivery

• We deliver across India through reliable and trusted courier partners.

• Estimated delivery time:

  • Metro Cities: 3–5 business days

  • Other Cities & Towns: 5–7 business days

  • Remote & Out-of-Service Areas: 7–10 business days

• Delivery times are approximate and may vary due to unforeseen factors such as weather conditions, logistical delays, or regional restrictions.

3. Shipping Charges

• Free shipping on all prepaid orders above ₹999.

• For orders below ₹999, a flat shipping charge of ₹70 will be applied at checkout.

• Cash on Delivery (COD) orders may include an additional handling fee as mentioned at checkout.

4. Order Tracking

• Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking ID and link via email and SMS.

• You can track the status of your order through the tracking link or by visiting the ‘My Orders’ section on our website.

5. Incorrect Shipping Information

• Please ensure your shipping address and contact details are accurate.

• Mr. Sewing will not be responsible for delays or losses due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information.

6. Delivery Attempt

• Our delivery partners will attempt delivery up to 3 times.

• If the package is not accepted after multiple attempts, it will be returned to us, and additional shipping charges may apply for re-delivery.

7. Delays & Exceptions

• While we strive for timely delivery, certain situations beyond our control (such as natural calamities, strikes, or courier partner disruptions) may cause delays.

• We will keep you informed if any unexpected delays occur.

8. International Shipping

• Currently, we do not offer international shipping. We only ship within India.
